ETSU International Students Academic Merit Scholarship

Rhodes Scholarship Program

The Rhodes Trust provides the Rhodes Scholarships in partnership with the Second Century Founders, John McCall MacBain O.C., and The Atlantic Philanthropies.  In order to apply, all applicants must have completed their undergraduate degree to a very high standard by 1 October of the year following application. Miller Fellowship Program
