ETSU International Students Academic Merit Scholarship

East Tennessee State University has established an international scholarship program termed as “ETSU International Students Academic Merit Scholarship”.  The International Students Academic Merit Scholarship is open to new international students seeking a graduate or undergraduate degree. Rhodes Scholarship Program

The Rhodes Trust provides the Rhodes Scholarships in partnership with the Second Century Founders, John McCall MacBain O.C., and The Atlantic Philanthropies.  In order to apply, all applicants must have completed their undergraduate degree to a very high standard by 1 October of the year following application. The Rhodes Trust will provide payment to the Scholar’s college of all tuition fees plus a maintenance stipend of not less than £14,276 per annum.
