Soccerloco has partnered with the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) to offer a new scholarship that is available for female students nationwide. A $2,000 scholarship award will be given to the winning candidate. Scholarship money must be used for tuition or books.
As an organization, soccerloco is committed to help generate more opportunities for female athletes. The Mission of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) is to provide educational opportunities for women to succeed in their post-secondary educational goals as well as their continued career advancement.
Eligibility:
The Soccerloco’s National Scholarship Program is available for female students nationwide.
How to Apply:
To enter in the Scholarship Contest, the candidates must follow the given guideline:
- Applicants must submit a 500-700 word essay on how you have overcome challenges in academic, personal or business environments that have equipped you with the knowledge and skills to succeed in your specific area of study or industry.
- You must also include along with your essay your full name, email address, mailing address, college, and year to graduate, phone number and a brief bio about yourself. Please limit your bio to 150 words or less.

Award Amount:
The winner of the contest will be awarded a $2,000 scholarship through the ABWA Scholarship Fund.
Application Deadline:
The application must be submitted by December 19, 2015 by 12:00 midnight Pacific Standard Time (PST).
