Eligibility:
To eligible, the candidates must meet all the following criteria:
- The candidate must be legal residents of and currently residing within, the 50 United States (U.S.) and the District of Columbia (D.C.).
- The candidate must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, directors, and officers, of Irving Consumer Products, Inc. (Sponsor), Match Marketing Group, Promotion Activators Management, LLC (Administrator), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each such employee, director, and officer, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or partake in a prize. - One (1) Grand Prize winner: Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check) intended to be used toward a child’s education.
- Twenty Four (24) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive $500 cash (awarded in the form of a check) intended to be used in a child’s classroom ‘makeover’ (i.e. purchase of school supplies and educational-related items).
- 1,400 Second Prizes: Each Second Prize winner will receive the following items: One BIC® backpack, one 3-pack of Scotties Facial Tissues, one 8-pack of pocket size Scotties Facial Tissues, BIC® Xtra-Fun Stripes #2 Pencils, BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils, BIC Atlantis® Original Retractable Ball Pens, and BIC® Gel-ocityTM Retractable Gel Pens. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $42 each.
