Public Interest Research Groups Fellowship Program

Public Interest Research Groups (PIRGs) has established two-year U.S. PIRG’S Fellowship Program that is expressly designed to prepare future leaders within PIRG. U.S. PIRG looks for smarts, leadership experience, top-notch written and verbal skills and an eagerness to learn. The fellowship is designed to provide the basics of organizing and put these skills to work to cast a spotlight on social problems and help run our campaigns. U.S. PIRG offers a competitive benefits package of $26,000 and also offers an excellent training program and opportunities for advancement.

Public Interest Research Groups (PIRGs) refers to a federation of U.S. and Canadian non-profit organizations that employ grassroots organizing and direct advocacy with the goal of effecting liberal political change.
