Scholarship applications are invited for students entering their first year of law school at the beginning of the next academic year by “The Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler”. The scholarship is designed to encourage and reward dedication of an exemplary individual who is deeply involved in the community that surrounds them. A check for $2500 will be made payable to the applicable law school to help defray the recipient’s tuition costs and other expenses.
The Law Offices of Steven H. Heisler is located in North Calvert Street Baltimore, MD. They believe in good citizenship and recognition for those who support their local communities through direct involvement, meaningful commitment and generosity of their time and efforts.
Eligibility:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a U.S. Citizen or be authorized to work/attend school in the United States
- Commencing law school in August 2016

Supporting Documents:

- Copy of law school acceptance letter
- Essay outlining the description of past community service efforts and how award will enhance education and future service opportunities
Award Amount:
The Law Office of Steven H. Heisler Scholarship is a $2500 award. They will notify the successful applicant by June 15, 2016.
