John Holliman Scholarship

The Group for Research in Pathology Education (GRIPE) is excited to announce the John H. Holliman Resident Scholarship. The scholarship is open for a pathology resident who is sincerely interested in pursuing undergraduate or graduate teaching of pathology as part of their career planning. The scholarship will cover registration expenses (travel and lodging are not included) for the annual GRIPE Winter meeting

GRIPE is a national/international organization of institutions, interest groups, and individuals who are dedicated to improving the quality of pathology education in allopathic and osteopathic medical, nursing, dental and allied health schools.

Eligibility:

Group for Research in Pathology Education (GRIPE) is again offering the John H. Holliman Resident Scholarship to a pathology resident who is sincerely interested in pursuing undergraduate or graduate teaching of pathology as part of their career planning.

How to Apply:

For applying the scholarship, the candidates must fill the application form. The form can be downloaded through the given link:

Supporting Documents:

To be considered for the scholarship, you must also submit a one-page statement emphasizing your interest in pathology education and a CV that includes teaching experiences.

Award Amount:

The scholarship will cover registration expenses (travel and lodging are not included) for the annual GRIPE Winter meeting that will be held in San Diego, California at the DoubleTree Golf Resort, January 28-30, 2016.

Application Deadline:

The complete application packet can be submitted by October 31st, 2015.
