IPRA Senesh Fellowship

International Peace Research Association Foundation (IPRA) is glad to announce Senesh Fellowship. The fellowship is providing chance to those who have completed Bachelor’s degree. This Fellowship is only for women from developing countries. Aim of the Fellowship is to provide fellowship for two years of graduate study to a woman from the third world .Stipend of $5,000 per year will be granted.

International Peace Research Association (IPRA) is a peace research organization that was founded in 1964. PRAF has engaged in peacemaking projects in the Middle East and the Balkans.

Eligibility:

  • The Dorothy Senesh Fellowships are available to women from developing countries that have completed a Bachelor’s degree, who have been accepted into a graduate program and whose graduate work is to be focused on issues related to the goals of IPRA.
  • Funds will only be dispersed when the selected candidate is admitted into a graduate program.

Award Amount:

  • The Fellowships provide $5,000 per year for two years for both women, for a total of $10,000 each.
  • Awards are considered based on need, therefore students with substantial funding sources are less likely to be considered for the award.

January 15, 2016 is the last date of application submission.
