Eligibility:
To eligible, the applicant must meet all the following criteria:
- Individuals who are legal residents of the 50 states of the United States or the District of Columbia,

- An applicant who reside within the participating Station’s Total Market Area (TMA) (as defined by Nielsen Audio). Commonly, the TMA represents the Station’s intended listening audience.
- If you are not a legal resident of the United States, not located in the Station’s TMA, or you are not the required age as of thetime of entry, you are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes or to win a prize.
- Employees, contractors, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, the Station, and any third party prize provider(s) and/or prize fulfillment service (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”); individuals employed by any other radio and televisions station; and members of the immediate families (spouse and biological, adoptive or step-parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren and siblings, and each of their respective spouses regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above individuals are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win the prize.
- Any person who has won a prize (or whose household has won a prize) in any promotion sponsored by Sponsor in the thirty (30) days prior to this Sweepstakes start date is not eligible to win a prize in this Sweepstakes.
- Void outside participating Station’s TMA and where prohibited by law.
- Maximum of 250,000 eligible entries will be allowed to participate in the grand prize Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Financial Aid and Award Money:
- Grand Prize- Maximum of (5) prize awards: The grand prize is: $100,000 Cash.
- A maximum of five (5) grand prizes will be awarded. In the event that more than (5) eligible contestants submit a winning entry during the contest, the value of the total grand prize dollars available ($500,000) shall be evenly distributed among eligible Contestants who have successfully completed the grand prize requirements (i.e. if there are ten winning attempts, then each Contestant shall be awarded a $50,000).
- Local Market Bonus Prize (if any): If available in your participating local market, local market bonus prize(s) may be offered to eligible entrants from such participating local markets. If offered, entrant may have the opportunity to receive bonus entries for completing a particular task
- Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a Local Market Bonus Prize, if any, depend on the number of eligible entries received. The odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1:100,000,000.

Application Deadline:
