Applicants must be age 18 or older at the time of submitting an application and enrolled full-time in a public or private accredited medical college seeking a medical doctor or doctor of osteopathy degree. The scholarship is giving a chance for medical students to describing how they plan to make a difference helping patients in a specialty matched to their personality and skill set while maintaining a healthy work-life balance (the “Scholarship”). CompHealth provides $5,000 scholarship to the deserving candidate.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- The CompHealth Medical Scholarship is to be used exclusively for school tuition and related expenses
- Minimum GPA of 3.0. Or, if your school participates in an alternate pass/fail grading system, a passing status is required.
- The awarded recipient shall provide proof of admission and enrollment in an institution of higher education
- Must be a full-time student attending (or planning to attend on a full-time basis) an accredited institution of higher education
