Code Platoon Organization is offering a scholarship for veterans named as “CP Veteran’s Scholarship”. Veterans who are deeply interested in software, have a high capacity to learn, and are smart and intellectually curious can apply for this scholarship. Code Platoon is an immersive coding boot camp that teaches veterans everything they need to know to become a full-stack developer. Code Platoon organization provides full tuition scholarship up to $13,000 to the winning candidates.
Code Platoon is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that helps veterans transition into the civilian workforce by providing technical training and career placement. Code Platoon is approved by the Division of Private Business and Vocational Schools of the Illinois Board of Higher Education.
Eligibility:
You are encouraged to apply if you are
- Veterans who want a career as a software engineer (They will ask for your DD-214, or Statement of Service if you don’t have one)
- Veterans who are deeply interested in software, have a high capacity to learn and are smart and intellectually curious.
- Veterans who demonstrate a need, such as disability or inability to move to Chicago for the program.
