Central Michigan University (CMU) is delighted to announce a scholarship named as “CMU Leader Advancement Scholarship”. The Leader Advancement Scholarship is awarded each year to 40 outstanding high school seniors who have distinguished themselves through a record of leadership and service. CMU provide student-centered education and foster personal and intellectual growth to prepare students for productive careers, meaningful lives, and responsible citizenship in a global society. The scholarship comes with an $8000 scholarship – $2000 per academic year.

Eligibility:
This scholarship program is applicable for:
- Any incoming freshmen with a 3.0 high school GPA
- The candidate must have a 3.0 high school grade point average and be admitted to Central Michigan University

Financial Aid and Award Money:
The scholarship is worth $2,000 annually, or $8,000 if renewed for four years. $1,000 will be applied to the student’s CMU account each semester.
