The CIRI Foundation (TCF) is pleased to offer General Scholarship to full-time and part-time degree-seeking students. The CIRI Foundation is to encourage the education and career development of the Foundation’s Alaska Native beneficiaries through post-secondary scholarships and grants, research and other education projects. The academic year amounts are up to $5000/$4500 for full-time/part-time students and the fall term amounts are up to $2500/2250 for full-time/part-time students.
The CIRI Foundation (TCF) is a private foundation established in 1982 by the Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) Board of Directors to encourage education and career development of Alaska Native original enrollees of CIRI and their direct lineal descendants. The major goal of The CIRI Foundation is to encourage the education and career development of The Foundation’s Alaska Native beneficiaries through post-secondary scholarships and grants, research and other education projects.
Eligibility:

- CIRI original enrollee or direct lineal descendant
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Enrolled in one of the following degree programs: Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate; Post-Baccalaureate program of study or pre-requisite courses before entering into a degree program
- Must be attending an accredited institution
- A 2.5 cumulative grade point average or higher

Financial Aid and Award Money:
- Award Details General Scholarship (Academic Year)
- Full-time students: eligible to receive 1 award up to $5000 per academic year (August-July)
- Part-time students: eligible to receive 1 award up to $4500 per academic year (August-July)

- Full-time students: eligible to receive 1 award up to $2500 per Fall term
- Part-time students: eligible to receive 1 award up to $2250 per Fall term
