In some cases, the costs associated with attending college may keep achieving the dream of earning a degree out of reach for some students that’s why Babe Ruth League has put forward its College Scholarship Program. The program provides financial assistance to former Cal Ripken Baseball, Babe Ruth Baseball and Babe Ruth Softball Players looking to further their education beyond high school. High school senior or enrolled college students are eligible to apply for the scholarship program.
Babe Ruth League, Inc. is a non-profit, educational organization. Babe Ruth League, Inc. would make the baseball immortal for whom the program is named very proud.
Eligibility:
• You must have participated in a Cal Ripken Baseball, Babe Ruth Baseball or Babe Ruth Softball League anytime during the ages of 4-18
• You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• You must be a high school senior or an enrolled college student at the time of application
• You must be enrolled at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university?
• Babe Ruth League employees and their immediate families are not eligible to qualify for any Babe Ruth League sponsored scholarship.

• 200-word essay on the topic: how playing in the Babe Ruth league program has affected your life
• Verification of registration at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university, by June 30 of each year
