Geraldine Polly Bednash Scholarship

American Association of Colleges of Nursing provides opportunities for nursing students to apply for this “Geraldine “Polly” Bednash Scholarship”. Students who are enrolled in a baccalaureate or higher degree nursing program at an AACN member institution. AACN serves as the catalyst for excellence and innovation in nursing education, research, and practice. The scholarship program provides $5,000 in support to outstanding nursing students.

Eligibility:

  • Maintain at least a 2-grade point average in current program or at last school attended.

Financial Aid and Award Money:             

Two $5,000 scholarships will be awarded to top nursing school applicants each semester for a total of four scholarships per academic year.

Application Deadline: 

The deadline for the scholarship is July 31, and October 31.
