CCRIF Scholarship Program

The Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility is pleased to be able to offer “CCRIF Scholarship Program”. Minority Postdoctoral Fellowship Program

Teachers College, Columbia University is offering Minority Postdoctoral Fellowship Program. Citizen or permanent resident of the United States are eligible to apply. The Fellowship Program seeks to promote the recruitment and retention of a diverse faculty at Teachers College. The fellowship includes a $35,000 research stipend, $3,300 for teaching a course, research support of $5,000, free campus housing in a studio apartment (if desired)

AWG Minority Scholarship

The AWG Minority Scholarship new program encourages young minority women to pursue an education and later a career in the geosciences. Applicants must be women of African-American, Hispanic or Native American descent who are pursuing a degree in one of the geosciences. Minority Teacher Education Scholarship

The scholarship is awarded $4,000 to students who are juniors with at least 60 credits or an associate’s degree. Applicants must have at least a 2.5 GPA while enrolled full-time. Recipients are required to teach at least one year in Florida public schools after graduation.
