Scholarship Thank You Letter

Scholarship donors are generous and caring people who unselfishly give to support the educational endeavors of students like you. Your responsibility includes a follow-up thank you letter, acknowledging the generous gift-aid you are receiving, due to the philanthropy of the scholarship sponsor.

Sending a personalized thank you letter confirms that the scholarship was important enough to you to take the time to present yourself in a professional manner. The goal of a thank you letter to your donors is to thank them for their generous contribution to your education and to share a little about yourself so that your donors can learn about you.

Thank You Letter Tips:

  • Write clearly and concisely.
  • Double-check for typos and grammatical errors.
