Scholarships don’t get any easier than the “Flight Network” Scholarship. Simply upload an essay of 500-1000 words and you could be the next winner. The scholarship is sponsored by Flight Network, online travel agency in Canada and the second most visited site behind Expedia .The winning essay will be featured on the Flight Network blog and will also secure the winner a one-time scholarship of $1000.
Flight Network was formed in 2005, and has grown to become the largest Canadian-owned online travel agency in Canada. Flight Network specializes in providing global travellers with the lowest-price airfares, hotels, vacation packages, and car rentals.
Eligibility:
- Students must be a Canadian/American citizen or hold a valid student Visa
- Eligible students must be currently enrolled in a Canadian or American University or College program for the 2015/2016 school year
- Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0
How to Apply:
- For applying the scholarship, the candidates must submit a 500-1000 word essay about a travel related experience or topic.
- Once submission has been made, go to Twitter and mention @FlightNetwork, tweet a travel photo and use the hashtag #FNScholarship
- Post a travel photo using the hashtag #FNScholarship on Flight Network’sFacebook page
