The UTOUG (Utah Oracle Users Group) Board is proud to announce its first ever scholarship program for college students in Utah. The scholarship is available to the women who are pursuing a CS or IS degree program at a Utah university. The mission of the scholarship program is to facilitate one-on-one partnerships between college students and professionals to achieve a result of more women in tech majors graduating college.
Eligibility:
- Enrolled in an accredited post secondary educational institution in Utah
- Registered for at least one Computer Science or Information Systems course for Fall 2015
- Female with at least 2.5 GPA
How to Apply:
For applying the scholarship, the candidates must fill the on-line application form. The link is:
Award amount:
A $1800 scholarship award will be given to the winning candidate.
Application Deadline:
The candidates can submit their application packet on or before August 31, 2015.
