Scholarship Contest

Storage.com one of the leading websites in the self storage industry, is proud to announce the opening of Storage.com College Scholarships Program. The Storage.com Scholarship Contest is open to current undergraduate students and soon-to-be freshmen students.  Two $2,500 scholarships will be awarded, one to a current undergraduate student and one to a soon-to-be freshman.

Storage.com is a self-storage aggregation website and tool owned by Self Storage Co, LLC, and founded in 2010. The website is dedicated to helping storage seekers find, compare, and rent storage units throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

Eligibility:

The candidates are encouraged to apply if they follow the given criteria:

  • Current high school seniors who will be enrolled at a college or university in the fall of 2015
  • Current college students who were enrolled at a college or university in the spring of 2015 and will be again in the fall of 2015 (pre-graduate or post-graduate studies)

How to Apply:

For applying the scholarship, the candidates must fill the on-line application form. The link is:

Required Material:

The applicants must write and upload a 250 to 500-word essay on the topic “College is full of new experiences and great opportunities. What do you hope to fill your college experience with?”

Submitting Details:

Once you have completed your application, you can submit it on-line. In addition to submitting an essay, participants also have the option to submit create short video to accompany your entry, using Instagram or YouTube, that highlights a few of the things you’re looking forward to—the only rule here is that it can’t be longer than 15 seconds.

Award Amount:

Two $2,500 scholarships will be given one to a current undergraduate student and one to a soon-to-be freshman.

Application Deadline:

Deadline for submission the application form is 12:00 AM CST, August 1, 2015.
