National Park Foundation and Active Network, LLC is sponsoring Share the Experience Contest 2016. It’s a fantastic way to “Share the Experience” and let others see and appreciate all the incredible federal lands and adventures across the nation. They are seeking amazing photos from amateur photographers that highlight the best of America’s federal lands, national parks, and historical sites. The contest is looking for the official photo that will be featured on the America the Beautiful Federal Recreation Lands Pass for 2017.
Eligibility:
This Share the Experience™ 2016 Contest (“Contest”) is only open to individuals who:
- Are legal residents of one of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C.; and
- Are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older as of April 28, 2016, and any entrant under the age of eighteen (18) years old must have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter the Contest,
- Are Amateur photographers (less than 20% of total income from photography)

- Photos must be taken on the lands or within the facilities of these participating agencies:
- National Park Service
- S. Bureau of Land Management
- S. Bureau of Reclamation
- S. Fish and Wildlife Service

- Only submit photos you yourself have taken\
- Submit photos in JPEG format. Try to ensure that the photo is 2 mb or larger with high resolution (300 DPI) as the winning photos must work in print.
