As Mometrix Test Preparation is hosting their second annual college scholarship essay contest and they are once again looking to award students with great scholarship prizes. Submit your essay and chance to win the first, second, or third place prizes of $2,500, $1,000 and $500, respectively.
Mometrix Academy started in 2002 with a simple vision to help test-takers cut through all of the fluff and distractions in order to get to the heart of exactly what it takes to succeed on the exam.
Eligibility:
- Anyone who will be a full-time student at a college or university between August 1, 2016 and August 1, 2017 is encouraged to apply.
- This usually includes everyone from current high-school seniors to college juniors.
How to Apply:
- The candidates can apply on-line for Mometrix College Scholarship through the given link:

- In English, compose an essay of 2000 characters (approx. 400 words) or less that answers the question:”What test preparation practices work best for you and why?”
Award Amount:
First place will receive a $2,500 college scholarship, second place will receive a $1,000 college scholarship, and third place will receive a $500 scholarship. Each scholarship will be paid directly to the scholarship recipient’s university.
Application Deadline:
Applications may be submitted from now until 11:59 PM Central Time on May 20, 2016.
