Carlson Caspers is excited to announce the 1L Diversity Scholarship Program. The scholarship is open for undergraduate or higher degree students who have subject area in the field of chemistry, physics, life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, or computer science. Up to two $5,000 scholarships will be given to the deserving candidates. The recipient must be committed to practicing intellectual property law in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.
Carlson Caspers firm was founded in January 2003 by leading intellectual property attorneys to serve top-tier companies throughout the United States.
Eligibility:
- Undergraduate, or higher, degree in chemistry, physics, life sciences, pharmacy, engineering, or computer science (or expect to obtain such degree in 2016)
- Accepted and will attend an ABA accredited law school beginning in the fall of 2016. The scholarship will be paid upon proof of attendance during the first semester/quarter
- Intend to practice intellectual property law in the Twin Cities upon graduation from law school
- Not the recipient of any other diversity scholarship awarded by another law firm
