American Graphic Institute Design Thinking Scholarship

The American Graphic Institute is accepting application for Design Thinking scholarship. The scholarship is offered to both part-time and full-time students who are enrolled in degree programs at any accredited college or university in the United States.  The goal of the scholarship is to encourage design thinking across various disciplines. This $1,000 scholarship is awarded twice annually, in January and August of each year.

AGI (American Graphics Institute) provides organizations and individuals with training and support for design, marketing, and publishing technology.

Eligibility:

  • The Design Thinking scholarship is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 16 years of age and who are enrolled in degree-granting programs an accredited post-secondary school located in the United States.
  • The training scholarship is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 16 years of age and who are enrolled in a certificate program at American Graphics Institute.

How to Apply:

  • For applying the Design Thinking scholarship, you must submit a on-line scholarship application form. The link is: https://www.agitraining.com/scholarships/application
  • Submit an essay of between 500 and 1500 words describing how you anticipate design thinking or digital design tools will impact you and your career choice. The title of the essay must reflect how design thinking or design tools impacts either you or your career choice.

Award Amount:

The $1,000 scholarship award is given to the winning candidates twice annually, in January and August of each year.

Application Deadline:

Deadline for scholarship submission is December 31, 2015.
